  3. Type 15 individuals are very sociable people who communicate freely
  4. and like having people around who are in harmony and work to create
  5. harmony.  They are loyal to friends and respected employers.  They
  6. enjoy activity and are interested in the results of a project.
  7. They are outgoing, often plain spoken and may work well either
  8. indoors or out of doors.  They do not mind minor interruptions but
  9. are often impatient with lengthy and boring assignments.  They work
  10. quickly but dislike complicated procedures.

  12. On the job, Type 15 individuals are the creative problem solvers.
  13. They enjoy new challenges and learning new skills but dislike
  14. performing the same routine tasks repeatedly.  They work best
  15. during bursts of inspiration and have the ability to come to a
  16. conclusion quickly.  They are very patient with complicated
  17. situations but sometimes make errors regarding specific facts.
  18. They have a tendency to follow their inspirations and intuition,
  19. good or bad.

  22. people's feelings and enjoy pleasing them.  They like working in
  23. harmonious surroundings and their efficiency may suffer when

  26. and dislike giving people unpleasant news.  They have a good
  27. understanding of people and are often able to persuade them to
  28. support their ideas.  They are easy to work with and function best
  29. with occasional praise.

  33. a more urgent one.  However, they experience much personal
